I have fully installed the module and have run it without issues till the last Pixinsight upgrade on the 18th May 2022 1.8.9-1 I have spoken to RC-Astro via emails and have uninstalled Pix and re installed Pix to no avail. Can someone help?

Removing it from the repository does not remove the script. You want a fully up-to-date repository list, and they use Resources > Updates > Reset Updates. That tells PI to refresh everything in the repository list. You may have to then use the Check for Update option.
