So Disney Aspire, I’m pretty sure you have to be with the company for a couple of months as a FT/PT hourly cast member like you mentioned. You still have to apply to the schools independently and get in before aspire counts. Rather then a program like a CP/PI it is more an employee benefit. They pay for your school while you’re working.
