There is a left hand surefit chart - it basically rotates the right hand chart. In all of my Titleist fittings I have never had to find a left handed adapter - with other brands you can fit right handed adapters by putting them in upside down on left handed heads. As noted, there is only one Surefit Adaptor. C1 RH is 16 degrees and 56.25 degrees.
