Presets are basically Configs that change the shape of the body. Different muscles, arms, breast sizes, how each part looks at different weights, etc. You can do it all yourself, but at this point there's a preset for every taste. Note that all CBBE presets will work with 3BA, though not always the other way around.

The preset shape won't appear in the game until you use Bodyslide to build the CBBE body using the preset. Match the settings in the orange box. The green box is where your preset goes, select it from the drop down menu. On the second selection bar select a body preset of your choice (Its best to choose one that has a normal and a "clothed" version and to select the clothed version for now) Go to the filteres on the top right and deselect the CBBE Body and every Clothing mod. Only keep the base CBBE clothes on Press "build morphs" on the bottom Go in your game and go to console and type slm 14 (You may be able to go to Plastic Surgery and do it also).
