The real question, Ruger American or Savage Axis II. Mossberg is known for their shotguns only, for a reason. My advice, buy a Savage Axis II. It’s as cheap as a Ruger American if not cheaper, has an adjustable trigger and performs equally to the Ruger. Just a heads up though, both stocks are garbage. For me a $1000+ yote gun is insane. Savage axis, th xp, weatherby vanguard s2, tikka lite, ruger american/predator are all good choices.
