You should be focusing to unlock all the patterns. You get a free pattern a week focusing, but you can just keep spamming the random weapon engrams. Other option is armor. You can get good armor pretty quickly focusing. I’d probably spend 2 focusing on weapons for the pattern unlock and then armor if you need it. 5.
