Michael McKinnon Kliks was born Sept. 26, 1942 in Portland, Ore., to Bernard Brill Kliks and Margaret Ross Kliks. Michael died peacefully in his sleep May 19, 2023 in Honolulu, Hawaii at the age of 80.
