I have been running Amsoil Signature Series 5W-20 every 10-15k miles with the Amsoil 15k EA filter. I have also sent each oil change to Blackstone Labs for analysis.

But will come at a cost of slightly diminished fuel economy. I don't think 5W-40 can be used for the 2.4L engine based on the Owners Manual.
