I have filled out many a cfa survey and had no problem getting the QR codes or DOC numbers to redeem the sandwich. However, in the past week i filled out a few surveys and when i got the email to redeem them the space where the QR code or DOC number usually is was blank (all it said was 'redemtion code' nothing else).
