The jeep has a higher than normal idle, and when coming to a complete stop often feels like its about to stall. The ODBII scanner I have is showing P0121 and P0123, which should mean that the TPS sensor is bad. I took a volt meter and pinned the back of the TPS sensor, then turned the key forward to accessories, but did not start the jeep.
