Everything I’ve read about the unreleased Holo Taco pen says it won’t be refillable so I bought an aqua brush from a craft store & filled it with a mix of vitamin e and jojoba oil! It depends on what you expect/want. I would describe them as basically a protein shake with oats and other textured stuff in it. I guess they could also be described as super liquid-y, cold oatmeal, but there are alternate directions to make a warm, thick oatmeal. I just do it the regular, overnight way though. Now, my nails are apparently Sahara-level dry like my skin, and I am using it on my (clean) toenails as well twice a day so I suppose this would be a month with just using it on your nails.
