Found the solution to my problem it is holding down the mode button for 20 seconds reset and started right back up. omfg thank you, was gonna have a heart attack after unfolding them and them not turning on ive been trying fr like half an hour. Same, I usually just reset but this time they are wouldn’t.
For me, the key was to push volume down first then the button. My Beats Solo Pro would not connect to any devices and I could not reset it. Here's what finally worked for me. The pop-up window that’s supposed to appear when the buds are in the open case and you place the case near your phone to show their current charge almost never appears. My problem: I am pairing the Beats Fit Pro buds to my Series 7 Cellular Apple Watch. The music is interrupted by breaks of silence (lasting a fraction of a second to a couple of seconds). The music continues "playing" during the silence, and when the volume comes back the song is at the spot it would have been, had the volume not gone off.
